Angeline A. Sherman, 91, of Du Bois, passed away at 11:12 P.M., Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at her residence.

Angeline had been a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in Du Bois and St. Theresa Altar Society.

She was born January 30, 1929 at Washington County, IL, the daughter of Casmir and Pauline (Palucki) Piasecki.

She married Richard L. Sherman on May 17, 1952 at Posen, IL and he preceded her in death on October 23, 2004.

She is survived by six children - Shirley Bramlet and husband James of Tamaroa, Linda Keller and husband Walter of Springfield, Peggy Hartsfield and husband James of League City, TX, Glenn Sherman of Auburn, IL, Alan Sherman and wife Angie of Ashley, and Annette Narayanan and husband Seetharaman of Saratoga, CA, one sister - Hattie Pinski of Nashville, fourteen grandchildren, three step grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and one step great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers - Louie Piasecki, Dave Piasecki, Sylvester Piasecki and Leo Piasecki, and five sisters - Cecelia Damazyn, Anna Bauza, Martha Barczewski, Susie Pinski, and Regina Filipiak.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the St. Charles Catholic Church in Du Bois with Fr. Oliver Nwachukwu officiating.

Friends may call from 8 A.M. until the time of service on Wednesday at the church.

Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery at Du Bois, IL.

Friends may make memorials to Masses or St. Charles Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
