Arlene Reone Weisel, 69, of West City, IL, passed away at 8:45 A.M., Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at her residence.
Arlene had worked in the home healthcare industry.  She had also worked as a machinist for Turco and at the Sirloin Hut with Joe Knaga, traveling to fairs.  She was the founder of Remnant Bible Church in West City, IL.
She was born December 27, 1953 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of James Arlen and Alice (White) Winemiller.
She married Richard Mark Weisel on December 27, 1980 in Benton, IL and he preceded her in death on June 11, 2023.
She is survived by one daughter - Alexis Rose Weisel of West Frankfort, two sons - Jason Lee Weisel of Avon, IN, and Richard Matthew Weisel of West Frankfort, two grandsons - Donovan Weisel and Tanner Weisel, one granddaughter - Kaylie Madison Weisel, and one brother - Donald Lee Winemiller of West City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother - Arlen Winemiller.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser with Rev. Joe Crowe officiating.
Those attending the service are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Burial will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser, IL.
Friends may make memorials to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
