Bonnie Belle Morgan, 71, of Du Quoin, passed away at 8:02 A.M., Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at the SIH Herrin Hospital.
Bonnie had been a hospital dietary aide. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was born February 21, 1950 at Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of John B. and Zella Belle (Ferguson) Morgan.
She is survived by two sons - Michael J. Morgan of Texas and Christopher Lee Goswick of Oklahoma, special niece - Karla Morgan of Murphysboro, special friend - Ronnie Zettler of Du Quoin, special cousin - Katrina Radake of Scheller, nieces - Jean Morgan of Du Quoin, Roberta Ringstaff of Kevil, KY, Donna Wynn of Ledbetter, KY, Cindy Morgan of Ledbetter, KY, Michelle Godwin of Valier, and Morgan Cook of Carbondale, several other nieces and nephews, and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister.
Per Bonnie's request, cremation rites were accorded.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Paradise Cemetery at Tamaroa with Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.
Those attending the service are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery at Tamaroa.
Friends may make memorials to the Paradise Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
