Bryan E. Lively, 48, of Elkville, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, December 16, 2021. He was home with his family by his side.
Bryan was born on September 6, 1973.
Bryan was employed by Gilster-Mary Lee in McBride, MO since 1991. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, he especially liked hunting deer and waterfowl. He was also an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the St. Louis Cardinals. Bryan was a graduate of Elverado High School, where he and his wife for 24 years, JoAnna Carter, met and fell in love. They were married July 26, 1997.
Bryan leaves behind his wife - JoAnna, two daughters - Kaitlin Henderson and husband Jordan of Dowell, IL and Cheradon Lively of Carbondale, IL, two grandchildren - Carter Henderson 5 and Savannah Henderson 1, a sister - LeighAnna Lively of Dowell, his mother-in-law - Vickie Carter, two sisters-in-law - Erin Carter and Michelle Carter, brother-in-law - Shannon Carter, two uncles - Marlyn Pfeaster (his hunting and fishing partner) of Dowell and Murlyn Pfeaster of St. Johns, IL, many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews as well as many friends.
Bryan was preceded in death by his mother - Murleena Carrothers, grandparents - Murl and Maxine Pfeaster, and father-in-law - Randy Carter.
Bryan will be continually loved and missed.
Memorial services will be 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at the Elkville Christian Church.  Bro. Gary Pruitt and Ray Mileur will be performing the service.  A visitation will be Tuesday from 4:30 until time of service.
