Cindy G. Harris, 67, of Du Quoin, passed away at 9:17 P.M., Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
She worked as a courier for Lab Corp.  Cindy was of the baptist faith.
Cindy was born November 2, 1955 in Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of Joe Flint and Imogene (Lashbrook) Stowers.
She married Bobby Gene Harris, Sr., in 1971 in Du Quoin, IL and he preceded her in death in 1999.
Cindy is survived by two sons - Bobby Harris Jr of West Frankfort and Shawn Harris and wife Anna of Sesser, five grandchildren - Shaygna Harris of Du Quoin, Lylah Harris of West Frankfort, Kinsey Vanwey and husband Jake of Sesser, Shane Harris of Sesser, and Mazie Eubanks of Sesser, three great grandchildren - Bo Lee, James Moody III, and Rawlings Harris, one sister - Tannya Shockley and husband Ralph of Du Quoin, and two brothers - Monte Flint of Du Quoin and Philip Flint and wife Connie of Du Quoin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son - Shane Harris, and one brother Jay Stowers.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Old Du Quoin Cemetery in Du Quoin with Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.
Those attending the service are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Burial will be in the Old Du Quoin Cemetery in Du Quoin.
Friends may make memorials to American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
