Debra Gail Green, 70, of Du Quoin, passed away at 9:33 A.M., Sunday, June 15, 2025 at her residence.
Debra had been manager at World Finance.  She had also worked many years at Bridal Originals.  Debra loved going to flea markets, attending family gatherings, and drinking her coffee.
She was born December 15, 1954 in Christopher, IL, the daughter of William and Ruby Lucille (Furlow) Koonce, Sr.
She married Frank Green in September of 2005 at Chester, IL and he survives.
She is survived by her husband of Du Quoin, two children - Toni Porter and Levi Green, both of Du Quoin, two step children - Shawn Green and wife Chris of Sparta, and Dawn Harrison and husband Justin of Du Quoin, two grandchildren - Ellie Pierson and husband Tyler and Chase Porter and Cassie Chumley, four step grandchildren - Lane Lovel, Haeven Green, Chandler Harrison, and Megan Kempfer, two great grandchildren - Tate Pierson and Gage Williams, two step great grandchildren - Bentley Kempfer and Raylynn Kempfer seven siblings - Billy Koonce of Du Quoin, Nancy Mathis and husband Virgil of Du Quoin, Brent Koonce and wife Margaret of Peru, IN, Kevin Earnheart of Du Quoin, Lisa Hill and husband John of Willisville, Tara Pyron and husband Keith of Du Quoin, and Gary Earnheart of Farewell, MI, and special friend that was considered a brother - Tim Cheatam of Carbondale.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step son - Darren Lovel, son-in-law - Ryan Porter, one sister - Sherry Stroud, and two brothers - Kenny Earnheart and Tracy Koonce.
Services will be held at a later date.
Friends may make memorials to American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
