Dolores Dunson, 90, of Du Quoin, passed away at 10:42 P.M., Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Fairview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Du Quoin.

Dolores had worked for several years as an LPN at Fairview Nursing Center in Du Quoin. She had also worked at Pinckneyville Nursing and Rehab. She was a member of the Faith Assembly of God Church in Du Quoin.

She was born October 30, 1930 at Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of Weston O. and Louise (Brooks) Lively.

She married Thomas Dunson in 1950 at Du Quoin and he preceded her in death in 1990.

She is survived by one son - Bill Dunson of Du Quoin, one daughter - Lorraine Dunson of Du Quoin, and one sister - Donna Overton of Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 P.M., Monday, November 30, 2020 at the Paradise Cemetery at Tamaroa, IL with Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.

Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service on Monday at the cemetery.

Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery at Tamaroa, IL.

Friends may make memorials to the Fairview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Activity Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
