Gina Marie Tadlock, 60, of Du Quoin, passed away at 9:44 P.M., Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Gina had worked as a truck driver and was a homemaker. Gina and Larry both enjoyed taking each other on their cross country drives.  She enjoyed playing bingo, watching Supernatural and ghost shows, and playing on her tablet.  Gina loved taking care of kids.
She was born September 25, 1964 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Forrest Eugene and Cora Nadine (Stowers) Ridgeway, Sr.
Gina married Larry Todd Tadlock on October 12, 1992 in Pinckneyville, IL and he survives.
She is survived by her husband of Du Quoin, daughter - Stevie Ridgeway of Du Quoin, son - Jacob Tadlock of Du Quoin, two grandchildren - Kiersten Shadowens of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Madilyn Beckstead of Du Quoin, brothers and sister - Randy Ridgeway, Bruce Ridgeway, Terri Tilley, Darren Ridgeway, and Junior Ridgeway, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Gina was preceded in death by her parents, son - Shane Ridgeway, brother - Donald Ridgeway and sister - Billy Ridgeway. Friends may call from 3 P.M. - 6 P.M., Monday, September 30, 2024 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Per Gina's request cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
Burial will be in the Old Du Quoin Cemetery at a later date.
Friends may make memorials to the American Heart Association or The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
