Jackie Dale Youngman, 85, of Du  Quoin, passed away at 12:21 A.M., Thursday, September 19, 2024 at the Fairview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Du Quoin.
He had been an operator for Operating Engineers. He was a United States Army Veteran.  He was a member of the Du Quoin V.F.W. and American Legion.
Jackie was born July 2, 1939 in Du Quoin, IL, the son of Lee Henry and Christina (Keizley) Youngman.
He is survived by five children - Jackie Youngman and wife Kelly of Fairview Heights, Sondra Kuberski and husband Ronnie of Tamaroa, Lee Youngman of Du Quoin, Christina Youngman of Robinson, and Tonga Youngman of Du Quoin, thirteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and four siblings - Pat Moschino of Coello, Judy Loos and husband Charlie of Pinckneyville, Caroline Robinson of Pinckneyville, and Richard Youngman and wife Cathy of Du Quoin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers - Donald and Bill Youngman, two sisters - Connie Horst and Beverly Parker, granddaughter - Staci Joseph and special friend - Sandy Miller.
Friends may call from 4 - 6 P.M., Monday, September 23, 2024 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
Friends may make memorials to the V.F.W. Honor Guard and will be accepted at the funeral home.
