Jane Ann Robinson, 76, of Du Quoin, passed away at 4:50 A.M., Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Jane had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Gospel Assembly Church in Du Quoin.
She was born November 30, 1946 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Melton and Bonnie (Scarber) Vancil.
Jane married Doyle Robinson on May 27, 1966 in Du Quoin, IL and he survives.
She is survived by her husband of Du Quoin, one son - Timothy Robinson and wife Buffy of Sesser, two daughters - Tara Watts of Du Quoin, and Tammy Edwards and husband Lloyd of Anna, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one sister - Judy Lovel and husband Donald of Herrin and one brother - Robert Scronce and partner Robert Riney of Quincy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers - Merril and Phillip Scronce and one sister - Rita Slaughter.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Gospel Assembly Church in Du Quoin with Rev. Gaylen Holden Officiating.
Friends may call from 9 A.M. until the time of service on Monday at the Gospel Assembly Church in Du Quoin.
Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park in Du Quoin.
Friends may make memorials to the American Diabetes Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
