Janet E. Lemmon, 77, of Tamaroa, passed away at 8:45 A.M., Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.

Janet had been a caterer and was owner and operator of O-So Good Catering.

She was born May 5, 1943 at Muncie, IN, the daughter of Jesse M. and Norma (Clifford) Sanders.

She married Paul W. Lemmon on August 22, 1974 at Joliet, IL and he survives.

She is survived by her husband of Tamaroa, five children - Frank Davis and wife Sherri of Romeoville, IL, Mitchell Davis and wife Pamela of Good Rich, TX, James Davis and wife Roselee of Lockport, IL, Amy Jones of Brookfield, IL, and Julie Brennan and Brian Hollars of Wilmington, IL, one sister - Susan Palmer of Tucson, AZ, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother - Jesse Sanders and one sister - Marilyn Wood.

Family Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Friends may make memorials to the Heart-Lung Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
