Juanita Darlene Keith, 64, of Elkville, passed away at 1:30 A.M., Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the SIH Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

Juanita had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Elkville Christian Church.

She was born June 29, 1956 at Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of William B. and DeLoris A. (Pikey) Keith.

She is survived by one son - Dustin Keith and wife Stephanie of Tampa, FL, two grandchildren - Alexis Keith and Amelia Keith, both of Tampa, FL, one brother - William B. Keith and wife Sue of Dowell, and one sister - Rosalie Torok of Galveston, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister - Pamela Loman.

Celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Friends may make memorials to the Elkville Christian Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
