Judith Ann Pyle, 83, of St. Charles, MO, formerly of Du Quoin, passed away at 9:51 P.M., Friday, December 13, 2024 at the St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, MO.
Judy had been a top sales associate for Lazy Boy.  She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in St. Charles, MO and loved her church group.  She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and dancing.  Judy dearly loved her family and friends.
She was born June 23, 1941 in Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of the late Charles and Janet (Sledger) Wilson.  She was step daughter to the late Carlene Wilson.  She was the granddaughter of the late Ben and Essie (Bowlin) Wilson and the late Charles and Elsie (Ginn) Sledger.  Judy was raised by her beloved paternal grandparents, Ben and Essie Wilson, after the passing of her mother, Janet, in 1945.  They were her inspiration through life.  They were Christian, loving and kind, despite numerous losses and hardships.
Judy was saved and baptized in 1951 by Rev. Lee at the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin.
She is survived by three children - Kent Pyle, Laura Milbrandt, Brian and Jenifer Pyle, six precious grandchildren - Alec, Andrew and Katelyn Milbrandt and Ayden, Isabel and Smith Pyle.  God bless them all.  She was a devoted Mother and Grandmother.  Thank you Lord!  See you in Heaven.  Judy is also survived by two half brothers - Chuck Wilson and Howard Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, and one half brother - Morris Wilson.  Judy is together, at last, with her Mama.
Funeral services will be at Noon, Friday, December 20, 2024 at the First Baptist Church in Du Quoin with Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.
Friends may call from 10 A.M. until the time of service on Friday at the church.
Burial will be in the Mueller Hill Cemetery in Pinckneyville, IL.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorials to American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
