Kieya L. Conner, 47, of Dowell, passed away at 3:03 A.M., Thursday, March 30, 2023 at the Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta, IL.
Kieya enjoyed sewing and drawing. She also enjoyed going on long drives and spending time at Kinkade Lake. Kieya loved hanging out with her grandkids.
She was born November 25, 1975 in Pinckneyville, IL, the daughter of Terry Conner.
She is survived by three children - Cody Conner and wife Sarah of Pinckneyville, Selena Spurgeon of Christopher, and Charles Spurgeon of Dowell, her mother - Terry Scharf of Dowell, one brother - Shawn Day and wife April of Carterville, one sister - Dana Taylor and husband Joe of Evansville, IN, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father - Charles Scharf and her significant other - Charles Spurgeon.
Per Kieya's request, cremation rites were accorded.
The family will be conducting a private ceremony at a later date.
