Lee Ann Boling, 33, of Du Quoin, passed away at 2:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at her residence.
Lee Ann had been a homemaker. She was of the Protestant faith.
She was born September 21, 1988 at Murphysboro, IL, the daughter of Mike Boling.
She is survived by her life partner - Wade Duran of Du Quoin, two children - Kooper Mitchell Duran and Carly Jo Duran, both of Du Quoin, one step daughter - Makynleigh Victoria Patterson of Du Quoin, her father and step mother - Mike and Sherry Boling of Du Quoin and her grandmother - Jo Ann Boling of Du Quoin.
Per Lee Ann's request, cremation rites were accorded.
There will be no public visitation or service.
Friends may make memorials for the children's schooling with donations made to Wade Duran and will be accepted at the funeral home.
