Lee Roy Jacoby, 76, of Du Quoin, passed away at 10:25 A.M., Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
He was born January 25, 1945 at Coello, IL, the son of Robert Lee and Mary Ann (Vandevelde) Jacoby.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by two brothers - Charles Jacoby and wife Debra of Lake of Egypt, IL and Wayne Jacoby and wife Emma of Christopher, friend - Paul Bandura of Du Quoin, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Per his request, cremation rites were accorded.
There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
