Maddox Jay'mir Savage, infant son of Skylar M. Rector and Johnathan J. Savage, passed away at 9:35 A.M., Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Maddox is survived by his parents of Du Quoin, maternal grandmother - Mandy Rector of Du Quoin, maternal grandfather - Nathan Rector of Peru, IL, paternal grandmother - Renita Coleman of Monroe, LA, paternal grandfather - Johnathan Savage of Du Quoin, maternal great grandparents - Mary Williams and husband Rick of Du Quoin, Vickie Rector of Creal Springs, and Stan Rector of Johnston City, paternal great grandparents - Glenda Coleman of Monroe, LA and Michael Jamerson of Atlanta, GA, uncles and aunts - Dalton Rector of Du Quoin, Cayden Rector of Du Quoin, Johnitra Coleman of Monroe, LA, Jalissya Savage of Dallas, TX, and Zaiden Savage of Du Quoin and cousin - Da'nyla Marshall.
He was preceded in death by his great grandpa - Tim Jones.
Per the family's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral services.
