Marie Ann George, 56, of Tamaroa, passed away at 7:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at her residence.
Marie was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tamaroa.
She was born November 1, 1965 at Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of Eddie and Dorothy (Smalley) George.
She is survived by four children - Noah Iffert of Tamaroa, Joshua Iffert of Tamaroa, Alan Fox, Jr. of Du Quoin and Natasha Fox of Tamaroa, her mother - Dorothy George of Tamaroa, and one sister - Karen Terry of Tamaroa.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Per Marie's request, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no public visitation or service.
