Mary Frances Smith, 72, of Du Quoin, passed away at 1:20 P.M., Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Du Quoin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Du Quoin.
Mary had been a homemaker and had worked at DECCA Records in Pinckneyville.
She was a member of the Christopher Church of Christ.
She was born January 9, 1949 at Murphysboro, IL the daughter of Ferris and Mary (Dennison) Kilmer.
Mary married Lindell G. Smith on June 1, 1968 at Du Quoin, IL and he preceded her in death on November 16, 2014.
She is survived by two sons- Kenneth G. Smith and wife Lisa of Dowell and Lonnie D. Smith and wife Mary Ellen of Dowell, brother- Mike Kilmer and wife Tennia of Du Quoin, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren and one on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers- Paul and Allen.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 A.M. Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Smith Cemetery at Christopher with Bro. Josh Yonts officiating.
Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until time of service Monday at the cemetery.

Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery at Christopher.
Friends may make memorials to the Perry County Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
