Mike Edward Boling, 62, of Du Quoin, passed away at 8:47 P.M., Sunday, September 8, 2024 at his residence.
Mike had been a carpenter.  He was of the Baptist faith.
He was born October 24, 1961 in Anna, IL, the son of Charles and Joann (Poole) Boling.
He married Sherry Keller on December 30, 2005 in Pinckneyville, IL and she survives.
He is survived by his wife of Du Quoin, one son - Michael Boling, one step daughter - Gretchen Livernoise of Benton, one step son - David Bradley of Sandoval, IL, his mother - Joann Boling of Du Quoin, two grandchildren - Cooper Duran and Carly Jo Duran, three step grandchildren - Makala Schulte and husband Josh, Calie Carmey, and Batista Willet, one great granddaughter - Elioise Schulte, one sister - Sue Heape and husband Nathan of Du Quoin, one sister-in-law - Tina Boling, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, one daughter - Leeann Boling, one brother - David Boling, one sister - Sandra Boling, and one nephew - Jerrod Boling.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M., Friday, September 13, 2024 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.
Friends may call from 9 A.M. until the time of service on Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Burial will be in the Mueller Hill Cemetery in Pinckneyville, IL.
Friends may make memorials to Residential Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
