Patsy M. Crispin, 74, of Du Quoin, passed away at 8:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
Patsy had been a homemaker. She was of the Christian faith.
She was born July 17, 1946 at Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of Charles and Margie (Jackson) Poe.
She married Charles G. Crispin, Sr. on August 21, 1971 at Du Quoin, IL and he preceded her in death on July 31, 2016.
She is survived by two sons - Charles L. Crispin of Du Quoin and Norman Dean Melvin, Jr. of Missouri, one daughter - Coreana Melvin of Mt. Vernon, one sister - Pansy Halls, two brothers - Eugene Poe and Roy Poe, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers - Mearle, Earl, Chuck and Carly Poe and one grandson - Cody Leon Crispin.
Per Patsy's request, cremation rites were accorded.
Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
