Paul James Reidelberger, 86, of Du Quoin, passed away at 1:54 A.M., Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
Paul had worked at Five Star Industries. He was a member of the Gospel Assembly Church in Du Quoin.
He was born April 12, 1936 in Du Quoin, IL, the son of Maurice and Chloe (Morrisey) Reidelberger.
He is survived by one brother - Maurice Reidelberger of Du Quoin, one sister-in-law - Barb Reidelberger of Du Quoin, nieces and nephews - Gary Reidelberger (Deb), Roger Reidelberger, Darlene Reidelberger, Charlene Cavins, Dellene Tilley (Kevin), David Gates (Suzi), Mark Gates, Beth Martin (Scott), Becky Leadingham (Jason), Tony Reidelberger (Jacqueline) and Angela Brown (Steve Cook) and special friend - Rachel Dewitt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers - Byford Reidelberger and Delmar Reidelberger, one sister - Phyllis Gates, two sisters-in-law - Diana Reidelberger and Dianna Reidelberger and two nephews - Dale Reidelberger and Paul Gates, Jr.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the Gospel Assembly Church in Du Quoin with Rev. Gaylen Holden officiating.
Friends may call from 9 A.M. until the time of service on Saturday at the church.
Burial will be in the Old Du Quoin Cemetery in Du Quoin, IL.
