Rose A. Voneeckhoute, 71, of Du Quoin, passed away at 10:18 P.M., Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Du Quoin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Rose had worked as a sales clerk. She loved her family and animals.
She was born May 21, 1951 at St. Louis, MO, the daughter of James and Mary (Keene) Bourland.
She is survived by one daughter - Amber Pruitt and husband Joey of Du Quoin, two grandchildren - Alex Pruitt and Kyleigh Pruitt, both of Du Quoin, three sisters - Cheryl Chwarczinski of New York, Debbie Baxter of Zeigler, and Vickie Forrester and husband Eddie of Buckner.
She was preceded in death by her father - James Bourland, her mother and step father - Mary and James "Bennie" Rice, sisters and brothers-in-law - Sharon and Kenneth Roberts, Genny Bourland, Susan and Joe Rednour, Kathy and Galen Hamburger, Jim Chwarczinski and John Baxter and her best friend - Theresa Johnson.
There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
