Scott A. Swallows, 64, of Palm Harbor, FL, formerly of Du Quoin, passed away at 7:30 P.M., Friday, March 24, 2023 at the UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.
Scott had worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Seven Springs Surgery Center in Palm Harbor, FL. He enjoyed playing golf.
He was born July 29, 1958 in Du Quoin, IL, the son of James R. and Georgia Mae (Gallop) Swallows.
He is survived by one brother - Todd Swallows, one sister - Sally Miller and husband Mike, nieces and nephews - Joshua Swallows,  Rebecca Hoss, Luke Miller and Jenna Miller, cousin - Dan Swallows, and aunt - Dean Swallows.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Per Scott's request, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no public services held.
