Stephen Wayne Keller, 43, of Springfield, IL passed away at 7:43 A.M. Sunday, March 23, 2025 at the Memorial Hospital in Springfield.
Stephen was an automotive technician at Landmark Ford in Springfield for twelve years. He graduated in 2000 from the Pleasant Plains High School. He attended Lincoln Land Community College and received an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences for Automotive Technolgy. Stephen had several hobbies including gardening, watching old TV shows, working on his vehicles and enjoyed Classic Rock music.
He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Springfield.
Stephen was born November 6, 1981 at Springfield, IL the son of Walter and Linda M. (Sherman) Keller.
He is survived by his parents Walter and Linda Keller of Springfield, brother- Mark Keller of Springfield, sister- Andrea Keller and companion Prather Ford IV of St. Peters, MO and nephew- Kevin Paul Ford of St. Peters, MO.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents- Richard and Angeline Sherman and Andrew and Lola Keller and aunt- Janet Bunge.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 31, 2025 at the St. Charles Catholic Church in Du Bois with Father Oliver Nwachukwu officiating.
Friends may call from 8:30 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Monday at the church.
Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery at Du Bois.
Friends may make memorials to Masses or to the St. Charles Cemetery and will be accepted at the church or the funeral home.
