Susan A. Robison, 59, of Carbondale, passed away at 7:15 P.M., Friday, September 13, 2024 at the SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Susan had been a hairstylist.  She was of the Methodist faith.
She was born January 3, 1965 in Kankakee, IL, the daughter of Jimmy T. and Birdie (Simmons) Robison.
She is survived by two sons - Tyrell Robison and spouse Alexis Koop of Kansas City, MO and Bernard Robison of Carbondale, three grandchildren - Mia Dudley Robison of Kansas City, MO, Latrell Robison of Carbondale and Cameron Robison of Carbondale, three sisters - Leola Gooden of Carterville, Lisa Robison of Du Quoin, and Beverly Cain of Du Quoin, and one brother - Jimmy Robison of Du Quoin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister - Veronica Henderson, one brother - Eugene Henderson, her grandparents, and brother-in-law - Jerry Gooden.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.
Friends may make memorials to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
