Teresa Ann Phillips, 69, of Anna, formerly of Elkville, passed away at 11:55 P.M., Saturday, May 2, 2026 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.
Teresa had been a physical therapy assistant at Union County Hospital in Anna.  She was a member of the Elkville Christian Church.
She was born September 15, 1956 in Du Quoin, IL, the daughter of Robert Lee and Juanita Olean (Jackson) Phillips.
She is survived by one brother - Dennis Phillips of Elkville, one sister - Susan Grigsby and husband Kevin of Anna, one niece - Jessica Ann Grigsby of Anna and special friends - Tim and Myra Gossett.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother - Michael Phillips.
Private graveside services will be at the Elkville Cemetery in Elkville, IL with Tim Gossett officiating.
Burial will be in the Elkville Cemetery in Elkville, IL.
Friends may make memorials to the donor's choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
