Thomas Lee Restoff, 64, of Scheller, passed away at 5:42 P.M., Sunday, September 20, 2026 in Scheller, IL.

He retired from Continental General Tire.  Thomas was a farmer.  He was a member of the St. Barbara Catholic Church in Scheller.  Thomas enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He was born October 12, 1961 in Pinckneyville, IL, the son of Raymond and Xenia (Betlejewski) Restoff.

Thomas is survived by his parents, three children - Scott Restoff of Brentwood, MO, Amy Booker of Du Quoin, and Sarah Robinson and husband Lashawn of Murray, KY, two grandchildren - Madux and Lexa Booker both of Du Quoin, three siblings - Kathy Krisfaluzy and husband Michael of Du Quoin, Diane Buza and husband Randy of Scheller, and Kevin Restoff and wife Samantha of Scheller, three nephews - Gentry Restoff, Ledger Restoff, and Patrick Buza, one niece - Alexis Buza, and a special cousin - Charles Milloshewski.

Thomas was preceded in death by his grandparents - Josephine and Walter Restoff and Dominic and Frances Betlejewski.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, September 28, 2026 at the St. Barbara Catholic Church in Scheller with Fr. Joel Seipp officiating.

Friends may call from 1-3 P.M., Sunday, September 27, 2026 at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa and from 9A.M. until the time of service on Monday at the St. Barbara Catholic Church in Scheller.

Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery in Du Bois, IL.

Friends may make memorials to St. Barbara Catholic Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
