William Eugene Fox, 95, of Dowell, passed away at 2:30 A.M., Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin, IL.
William had worked as a operating engineer for Local 520.
He was born June 22, 1929 in Royalton, IL the son of Jack and Opal (Pyles) Fox.
William married Wilma Ann Hines on November 30, 1963 in Murphysboro, IL and she preceded him in death on April 8, 2024.
He is survived by one daughter - Julie Fox of Dowell.
William was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
Per William's request, cremation rites will be accorded.
