Wilma Marie King, 80, of Tamaroa, passed away at 4:21 P.M., Friday, July 23, 2021 at her residence in Tamaroa.
She was a deli worker at Kroger's for many years and was a member of the Tamaroa Christian Church.
Wilma was born August 5, 1940 at Tamaroa, IL, the daughter of Jesse and Flora (Knapp) Weisel.
She married Edward L. King on June 14, 1958 at Tamaroa, IL and he preceded her in death on September 11, 2008.
Wilma is survived by her children - Jesse David King and wife Dianna of Willisville, Lisa Brown of Tamaroa, Scott Wayne King of Tamaroa, and Michael Edward King of Tamaroa, five grandchildren - Crystal Marie Creekpaum, Anthony Jesse "AJ" Brown, Jade Lynn Malott, Tiffany King, and Alexis King, eight great grandchildren, and one sister - Wanda Burgess of Brownsville, KY.
Preceded in death by husband, parents, one brother - Walter Weisel, and one son-in-law - Tony Brown.
Graveside service will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at the Antioch Cemetery in Tamaroa with Rev. Arven Kirkpatrick officiating.
Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery at Tamaroa.
Friends may make memorials to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
